Cannot say enough about Lori.... She was very helpful to me in navigating the complex Medicare minefield. Her knowledge and quick access to information put me at ease throughout the long process. From finding a suitable plan to getting through the application online, very easy. Enjoyable to talk with her too!

Lori was generous with her time and information even as she quickly recognized that there wasn't a plan that she works with (she works with more than 20) that will cover the specific WA State practitioners that I require. I highly recommend speaking with Lori! There is a lot of information out there and someone as familiar with the landscape as she is will point you in the right direction.
