Lori Heerde - State Farm Insurance Agent

Had insurance for over 50 years. Was asked to make some minor repairs to house to retain policy. Spent money and time to do as requested. Satisfied all request just to be told they were not going to renew. Have called, left messages for Lori. For 3 months now I have had no contact with her. Typical insurance firm, they get your money, smile at you and day they there for you. Yet won't fight for customer. Glad to know we fed her family and who knows what else as long term customers we have provided for them.
