Switched Lori Bastin State Farm when my son got his license and my last insurance company wanted to put him as primary driver on all vehicles and it raised the cost $1,000.00 Went and talked to Kim lower cost and better rates. Been here ever since.@ 7years. Friendly atmosphere also

I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and I love the people and their customer service.

Lori has always been very nice but has a hard time talking to people over the phone with policy issues. I have a card on file for autopay and I get no notifications over email, snail mail, or phone when things need updated. Instead they just lapse. I've talked with her three times over this and due to the latest lapse have decided to move my policies to someone who will actually watch my policies and ensure that I maintain coverage like I expect. Auto-pay shouldn't change. I have my water, mortgage, cell phone, electric... everything on auto-pay. The only payments I have an issue with are through this office regarding my insurance.

I have had this insurance for years! They never once helped me out with any of my questions or concerns about my insurance. They were short with me and had no good customer service. Told me straight forward to go with a different company after they told me "bad news you're not covered". Theyre so rude. Dont go with this company save yourself the trouble.
