Insurance keeps going up. Several years ago one of my payments was lost in the mail. They sent me an email but didn't attempt to call me or send me a letter. Instead they canceled my insurance immediately. No excuses please

Very Dissatisfied with the customer service in this location. There is a young lady there who is really rude, disrespectful & Unprofessional. They also need to put up Proper signs to direct their customers when it comes to parking as well as put up signs where they dont want costumers to park. Clear Readable signs. To avoid conflict with Consumers. Also there are always clerical errors on paperwork after yrs of being a client. Its unethical.

Do not trust this agent. She is horrible cannot complete a simple vehicle add to a policy and when a mistake is made she cannot own up to it. She is more concerned about preserving her false reputation than she is about caring for her customers.

I live in an area that was hit by a bad hail storm this past summer. All around me there are about half a dozen homes who are getting repairs done covered by insurance for damage from that storm. Our roof was damaged and started to leak. Allstate denied our claim explaining that, even though our roof started leaking right after the storm, and they saw exactly what was out of place causing the leak, our house was the only one in the neighborhood who’s roof started to leak after that storm that did not get storm damage. We are not in good hands.

Lorgia, Thank you very much for great service. Our accident on Aug 24 was unexpected, as always. Instantly my wife and I began to worry about how I would get to doctor appointments etc. ( Our wheelchair van was hit). Allstate had an estimator come out right away. They issued checks including the deductible since the other car hit us in the driver's side door and sliding door. Allstate indicated that Nationwide would pay the $109 per day rental fee for a ramp type wheelchair van so I can get around the same as always. Thank you, Lorgia, and the Allstate claims team.
