We had been with this company for years. Not once did they ever try to get a lower rate for home or auto insurance for our family. Finally went to another agency and home insurance was almost $1,500.00 dollars less a year! We cancelled with them 2/25/25 and on March 10th they automatically signed me up for a new policy that was reduced rate, but still 700 dollars more than the agency we changed to. This caused many issues with our escrow account and it took over a week to finally sort it out. When I spoke with the office they were adamant they never did that, however, after leg work by myself and my new agent discovered they added a new policy and never told me. They are lazy and rude. Please save yourself trouble and look for a different agency. Horrible agency!

Not only did the quote he provided save me more than half of what I was paying with GEICO's rate, he was extremely attentive, patience, clear, and supportive. I would recommend this agency to anyone seeking superior service at a (substantially) more affordable rate!

I don't like any insurance co., but we have to have it unfortunately. These guys are OK, they know their job, will help you out, and explain to you the reasons for your costs..Good group of people
