Lona Mauk - State Farm Insurance Agent

Edit - Oh ok the assistant I talked to did not give me this explanation. I was switching to what she called " business use" and that I was covered for deliveries and as a result my insurance dropped about $22 per month, but then was told that the underwriters would not be renewing my business use insurance policy as was current. This is in response to the owners reply to my rating. That's the point. I was a customer up until Nov 21st when your agency decided to drop me. I am a safe driver and didn't have any accidents, but since I was getting a cheaper rate because of using my vehicle for business purposes as opposed to paying a higher rate I guess that could not be tolerated. Carrie has been incredible agent to work with! Since switching over, she’s taken the time to walk us through everything and make sure all of our paperwork was done right so we weren’t being overcharged or paying for things we didn’t need. She even helped us with the switch making sure the other agency didnt drag their feet. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares and follows through the way she does.
