I already had insurance with another agent in another city. I needed insurance and wanted to go with someone locally. At the point I reached out to get an insurance quote it wasnt about if I was going to get a policy from these guys. I was definitely going to get a policy through them. I just needed to make sure u had the necessary coverage for the work I was performing. I made several attempts to have someone return my call yo go over what I needed and I received not one phone call to discuss anything. I had to renew with my other agent because my policy was about to expire and I had heard nothing from Lohman and Lohman.
