I have been a customer for 25 years. In our ever changing world it's nice to know you can rely on " that". Due to a water damage claim 2 years ago I was not being renewed .Pat assured me it would be ok and he'd find another reputable insurance company (I'd have a jump in annual fee but., that's how it works . I was skeptical and not easy to convince but in the end he did exactly what he said he could do and I am happy with the outcome . Love loyalty to the customer . Lobosco is the best !
