Increased my rates, failed to respond to multiple emails to inquire on reasons and does not return calls. If you want to pay more than market price go to her for car insurance.

Saved me $150 a month and were so helpful in going through the policy and actually taught us some things we didn't know. After 50 years of driving, I wish I had only known these things a long time ago. Thanks for caring and taking the time to explain these things.

Really bad home insurance company.I have been dealing with my roof replacement was damage from the storm since March 2025 until now its not been taking care of,they give me two adjuster for this claim . When you call Lizett , no response , calling the adjuster no reponse . They love sending you emails , but don’t want to talk to you .They put my roof for 29-30 yrs old , so they will not pay on my claim . It’s already October its been 7months ,still my roof is leaking . They don’t fix the roof until this time .Do not get Allstate company if you don’t want headaches. . Goodluck whoever insured to this company.
