Lisa Wilde - State Farm Insurance Agent

not sure how many times you have to contact Lisa but she never returns my emails with questions. For years been doing business with them and for some unknown reason my payment didn't go through until i called them. Now they want to charge me $25. What a bunch of bs. They aren't the only ones this happened to and no one else wants to charge me. WTH????

Tanner with State Farm was such a huge help to me, he was extremely knowledgeable and he walked me through the rates process and offered the best deal for me, 10/10 highly recommend!

Extremely rude. Rarely get to speak with some one on the first call. Was asked today if I wanted to cancel my more than 20 year policy. This was after I called on the Thursday with questions that couldn't be answered and was told to call back on Monday. Repeatedly. I've changed my agent.

Excellent and Knowledgeable Customer Service! We are out of state State Farm customers and just walked in to get a little information. We were able to talk to Betty right away and she was awesome. We always have to make an appointment at our other agent so we were surprised to be able to get to talk to someone so soon. The whole staff seemed very good.

I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn Navarro. She was quick, responsive, and professional. I would highly recommend her at State Farm!!!
