The staff is friendly and professional and Lisa does a lot of good in the community like sponsoring youth sports, feeding the needy and working with local nonprofits. If you do need to file a claim, she will be your advocate when the adjuster shows up. You might save a buck elsewhere, but you won't get the personal service and dedication to the community she provides anywhere else.
