My car was in an accident this morning and likely totaled. Coincidentally it happened within a couple blocks of the agency. Kim Ellison was able to help within minutes of the accident. Sorting out all the difficulties that go along with this insurance nightmare. Thankful to have had such quick and thorough response. Maybe the only silver lining in this hot mess. Thank you!
When I attempt to speak with Lisa Feldman, the call is transferred to the Philippines. There a person reading a script tried to answer my inquiries. This is after I spent several minutes with a computer generating responses to questions I did not have. I asked to speak with Lisa Feldman and was told to call back later. After+25 years of being a loyal customer, I deserve better. Very disappointed.
