I was with them for over a year covering my autos after I moved to the area. The roadside assistance sucks. I tried it outside of Mountain Home, ID. If you're not near a major town (in this case Boise,ID) they tell you good luck and leave you stranded. Lisa Brown at the office and her automated website have terrible customer service as well. I received a bid for Home Insurance from Lisa and she provided no explanation as to what was even covered. She just emailed a dollar amount and that I would get 15% off if I bundle. I had shopped around and found they are almost double the cost for Auto with less coverage than competitors. Even with the measly 15%. Lisa was great on helping me to choose just the right coverage for me. By providing the low mileage discount i was able to save on what I had been paying with a different company. I have used state farm since December and my bill has always been 150$. This month I get charged 190$ out of nowhere. So I call to figure what is going on because as a college student you don't just have extra money floating around. The lady proceeds to tell me my multi-car discount got taken off, which makes no sense because I have never added or taken off a car from my plan. Then she proceeds to tell me that I am going to have a one time charge of 29.99$. My plan has always been 150$ and I haven't changed anything so why am I getting random charges and increases. When I tell the lady I am cancelling she proceeds to laugh at me and I had to call 3 times to get them on the phone.
