I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Lipca. We were a start up pest control company, and no one would give us a chance except for Andy and his team. I have been directly working with Darlee. She has been absolutely fantastic helps whenever we ask! Recently, we have been helped by Lauren as well. Always polite always willing to help with us being a start up company. This is made insurance so much easier. Very thankful for Lipca. !

Belittling and unhelpful. I asked them for a quote on more coverage and access to the portal to pay my premium for *27 DAYS* until it got to the point of cancellation. I was calm, I was patient, I never lashed out. The information they finally gave me was incorrect and I still haven’t gotten my quote. Andy has personally said to me “we’ve been doing this a long time trust us” right before his agent went MIA and didn’t respond to me for 2 weeks, “we’ve got 4000+ clients across the country and we aren’t normally this involved so something else is going on” obviously implying that it’s my fault that he’s pawned my off on 3 other people that couldn’t get me what I needed. Andy and his team has been great to work with. Whenever I need them or have a questions, they respond immediately.
