I relocated from Michigan to Stephenville, TX and need to get my insurance switch to Texas insurance to enable me to register my vehicle. I call this office more than 2 hrs before they closed to switch my policy. My tags expire in 2 days and need to have vehicle registered. Lady I spoke with said she would not sue it because there wasn't enough time. Asked why I called so late and I told her I work 7 days a week and was unable to do it before. Been customer for years and now I think I'm going to shop around.
Lindy and his team have been taking care of my business since I was 17. They always make it a smooth process for me and help me to better understand what my coverage is for from car insurance, life insurance,and renters insurance. I know I can always trust them.
Lindy has been my agent for years. Never a problem with getting claims filed or to make changes to my policy. Great personal service.
Horrible! Switched back to the Weatherford office. I wouldn't use this State Farm Agent if he was the last one on earth. Buyer beware!
