Lindsey Roth American Family Insurance

I recently switched from State Farm to American Family. Lindsey and Jeanette have both been amazing to work with! They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped answer any and all questions I have. I couldn’t recommend Lindsey’s Agency more!

Update: 9/23/2025 Jeanette is no longer there. Now every time I call I don’t speak to the same person as I did when Jeanette was there answering the phones. It’s like calling a call center now and you’re sent to a voicemail. Definitely gone downhill since this change. Sadly I will be shopping around after years of being with this company. Jeanette is the absolute best! Anytime I need anything she is on it, if I call and she’s on the other line she’ll call me back as soon as she’s off the phone even if I don’t leave a message. If I have any questions or any sort of concerns she resolves them immediately. She’s so sweet and I enjoy talking to her when I call the office. Lindsey is great too. I’ve been with the company for years and I don’t plan on going anywhere else 10/10

Lindsey not only saved us a lot of money on our policies, she made sure we had adequate coverage for all of our needs (and still saved us money over our last insurance company). We have bought, rented and sold houses while working with Lindsey and her staff. They made that as easy as possible. She is very genuine!

We recently canceled our American Family account after several decades. While so many of these reviews give glowing remarks, that has not been our experience. Strangely enough, we have never even met our agent. We have found American Family to be a company of constant rate increases with no explanations given. We’re now retired for several years, drive less, and relocated to a rural area— still our rates go up and up (40+%!) with no end in sight. We have not reported an accident in several years. Our latest inquiry on this got a terse response from Lyndsey’s associate, basically telling us that her rates went up more than our’s, as if that makes everything all right. Lindsey is great! She's extremely passionate about insurance and helping her customers. Policy prices are very reasonable, and Lindsey does an exceptional job explaining everything.
