I met with Lindsey (Pena) to go over Medicare Options., and honestly, she was fantastic. Super easy to talk to, patient, friendly, and on point when it came to explaining an otherwise confusing topic. She’s super organized and has followed up diligently. Which I greatly appreciate. She explained everything so clearly and even gave me a little timeline of what happens next, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who gets a little freaked out by anything involving a government agency (why do they terrify humans, lol?).
