HOW someone can rate this office 5 stars BLOWS my mind! We had nothing but issues with them. First it was the hall damage from 2023, they didn't want to help us out at all. We had 3 Jeeps damaged and allot of our home was damaged. Not all got covered either, which was ridiculous. They never followed up with our mortgage company to update loss payee, and when we moved back to AZ they never fully cancelled our policy. So 5 months later we are being charged for another year. I had reached out to their office and NO ONE could follow up with me so I went to Corporate. Absolutely AWFUL!
