I am a 3rd generation State Farm customer (auto, life and homeowners). With StateFarm for over 30 years. All except one of my agents over the years have been courteous, quite competent, and definitely had my back with every claim. Current agent has been one of the best. She has a whole office of assistants who have been informed, readily available, and very pleasant to work with.
