I appreciate that a small company is able to know its clients by name, and still be able to take care of them as well as a nationwide company. The staff is knowledgable and responsive. My experience with the agents has been that they are invested and care about what they do, and they are honest and transparent even if it's something I may not like hearing. The best part about being with a regional mutual insurance company, is that they are right here - they know what weather has come through because they are in it, too. The company is run by real people that treat their customers as valued members, no one is nameless and no one is a number.
