I spoke with Corey Fowlkes who was the most amazing and helpful person in my whole personal issue that I have going on with auto insurance. No I don't currently go through lighthouse but I used to and I've never had any issue's with them I just currently don't drive anymore and was calling to ask some questions. Corey I feel went above and beyond to help as I don't even have a policy but he was still willing to do anything and everything in his power to help and even called me back. Huge shoutout to him!!!
