Please avoid this insurance company if possible. They constantly increase your premium all while not be able to justify the reasoning behind it. I was paying 4 hundred some dollars for full coverage on one vehicle. I went and found cheaper coverage and called to cancel and the rep tells me I have to pay $437 because I have a payment in arrears. How is that possible when you have to pay an upfront premium and you pay monthly thereafter? Then she proceeds to say if I don't pay it within X amount of days it will be turned over to a collection agency!!! THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN HISTORY! I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LEAVE THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! 3 years of getting my money, no missed payments no NOTHING! I REFUSE TO PAY ANOTHER DIME!!!! BEWARE

This insurance company (Liberty Mutual) is among the worst. Their customer service is zero. It's no wonder they're rated in the bottom low.

Everything was smooth all the way through. The app was easy to use. We’ve now switched companies due to their inability to compete with State, but they were even awesome during the cancellation process.

liberty mutual sets up your bill date and then does not collect your bill on that scheduled date and when they don’t receive your payment, they add up your monthly bill without letting you know, causing your bill to increase each month and without attempting to fix this issue they let your bill continue to increase for several months and if you do not pay them they threaten to send your account to collections and let’s their customers know that it is an issue with the customers bank instead of them owning up to the fact that they do not collect their bill on the set bill date. very unprofessional insurance company and i completely advise to not use them for your auto insurance.

Horrible! They re enroled me in a insurance policy adding my adult son and adult daughter, then assumed because we had the same mailing address that was the correct thing to do. Like most responsible adults my daughter has her own insurance and so does my son. They overbilled me by adding them, then wanted me to sign 2- tons of paper work, with no acknowledgement of there wrong nor an apology. Actually this has a small connotation of illegal activity; since my policy and payment was changed without any acknowledgement.
