If you live in kane county and need a sticker license plate registration et cetera, they also due taxes.This is the place to go.They charge a small percentage more just for the service.And it is so worth not standing in line at elgin, if you have to go for a certain reason.Elgin, I understand but stickers, it's worth.I think seven dollars more to not stand in line.And you walk in and it'd take less than ten minutes, and you're out, the door time is worth money, sometimes, especially when you can't always miss work.And need to take care of things. Also love the lady she's retired navy 🫡 and knows her job.

Owner is cool , but the old lady thaf works there has no idea about customer service , very very rude and doesnt know her job good . Only deal with the owner or you will waste your time with the lady

My family has gone to them for years for tax return preparations they are always friendly and helpful. I work in the city and they will stay late a few minutes until I can get there from the train station to sign the taxes they prepared for me. Great people! Always ready to answer questions and give advice. You pay more then at pop up tax places but they are worth it.

We always come here for our stickers because it's more convenient than the dmv. The male clerk is usually very personable but whenever I've had to deal with the older female clerk she is kind of rude. And pray you don't have to use the rest room while there because it was absolutely filthy. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned I'm YEARS 🤢
