Working with corporate is wonderful and they are always super helpful. Working with this branch is a nightmare. Always making changes after the fact even after confirming multiple times that it is in the agreed upon quote and paid for. Disappointed and will explore other branches or other companies after all the troubles we have faced. Disappointed as I was new to StateFarm and haven’t experienced anything like this with my other current insurance company. Original review beginning of September 2025.
