I had a problem with my car insurance and my home owners insurance. Both issues were resolved with the help of the Allstate Office manager Darcel Vails and Customer service representative Dominique Fields. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with me. They really helped me to feel less stressful and gave me more peace of mind concerning my insurance issues. They give you confidence and reassurance that they will follow your issues to completion no matter how long it takes. I like coming to this Evergreen Park office because of these two people.

My car insurance rates went up 800$ when I made 0 claims and was involved in 0 accidents. Their reasoning was “everyone’s rates went up because we had a lot of claims this year across the entire state.” Do not work with this agency. They don’t care about you. I would leave 0 stars if possible. I switched to a different agency and received the same coverages for 1/3 the price…

By far the worst experience ever!! Julie is a horrible agent. And her assistant Annie is just as horrible. I was giving misinformation about my policy. Things were added to my policy without my knowledge and when I tried to call her to get clarity, she would either ignore my calls or never call me back. She made my experience so frustrating because I was trying to understand what was going on with my policy, these ladies didn't even try to help me and ease the frustration. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
