I’ve had such an amazing experience with Owens insurance. Every time I talk to them they treat my like family. They are extremely kind and respectful and have a very helpful attitude. They will usually drop what they are doing in order to apply their focus to your problem. I had issues that were resolved in under 48 hours due their help. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

Wonderful customer service! When I got into my wreck they were easy to get a hold of, helped me file my claim, sent me a tow and a rental car in real time. It helped it out after being already overwhelmed with the wreck. I actually switched over from Geico for this reason. They later got me a quote while I was buying my new car in no time! They really helped a bad situation so much better! Best experience with an insurance company by far!

I have a customer with Owens Insurance Agency/Lindale since its inception. In fact, I started with this group when it was known as Germania and was owned by the Fosters. I have been using them for 26 years. I have had around one dozen different policies with them, and I have experienced great service, swift responses to questions and claims.
