I've done business with this firm for 10 years. For the first 8 years I felt they were doing a good job and I never looked for another agent/carrier. In the last two years service has cratered. My insurance premium increased $1k this year and I called to see what could be done to reduce it. My premium was due in late April and I called on March 10. I was told it would be reviewed and I would be contacted. I never heard back from them. I was not surprised at the person I spoke to clearly wasn't interested in my situation. My insurance lapsed on April 23 and I still haven't heard from them. I found another insurance carrier and reduced my premium by 50%.
