Tim was awesome. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable (30 years of experience ) He explained to me all my options and helped me find the right plan. I will definitely be back next time I need help.

Tim always makes time for anything I need or if I have a question about something. He makes everything so easy and takes the time to explain different plans until I understand. He helped me with Medicare and came up with the best cost effective advantage plan to go with it. I completely trust him and I know he always has my best interest in mind. I went to one of Legacy Benefit Consultants Medicare sessions on August 1st. At the session, one of their agents said she would review the Medicare group policy from my former employer. At the session, they indicated how busy they were starting in October due to the new plan year. I set an appointment in September with the expectation of some discussion around the Medicare group policy (which I emailed a copy to them) compared to other products they carried. At the time I set the appointment, I was told I couldn't sign up for Medicare yet. which I said I was fine with. I said I wanted some general information about my Medicare group policy and how it compared to other products they carried. Make it easy on yourself when searching for health insurance and call Tim. I spoke with Tim after speaking to two different agencies and Tim not only listened to my situation, but also gave me information that my previous employer did not even know about. Tim explained in detail what would be best for me even knowing he would not get my initial business from it. He is a kind and humble man, that truly cares about people! Thank you Tim for being honest!
