What a pleasure it was working with Rosa Bonilla at this agency. Rosa was most helpful setting up our new policies for renter insurance and car insurance. Rosa went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that she got us the best possible rates out there. My husband and I are in our 80's and have dealt with many of insurance agency's, this company and Rosa surpassed them all!!! Thank you Rosa for all you have done for us and keep doing!!!!!!

I cancelled policy because I felt Account Manager was not following through on my concerns/requests. Also found policy with same coverage ( minus what I had asked Account Manger to remove from one vehicle) at a much lower premium. We were with Lee Crane Insurance for at least 20 years, maybe 25. We had received great service until the beginning of this year (2025).
