Nate is the worst customer service representative. Not only he is rude, he is negative and acted as we needed him. I will never, ever, refer anyone to this company based on Nate's behavior. He is extremely disrespectful with his nasty attitude. My advise to anyone looking for insurance, don't waist your time with this company. I see you responded. I will NEVER recommend your company. You protecting a rude person is definitely unacceptable. Now more reason to never recommend Lee County Insurance. You have lost, not 1 but many customers based on the reviews Nate keeps on getting.

Do not waste your time, horrible customer service, called on a Friday afternoon for a quote on a manufactured home that I was putting a bid on, emailed them all the information, I called back the following Monday to verify that they received the information and they said someone would reach out latter that day or next, well its now Friday, over 1 week latter and no quote, if they didn't want to quote it they should have said so instead of wasting my time!

The Personal Touch...Life Before John....Life After John......... So Lee County Insurance has been my agent for a several years..... No Issues , no Concerns...Then along came HURRICANE IRMA, a catastrophe? yes! in my mind several people worse off than me ,....so i thought i was being considerate not reaching out to my agent , assuming he had a tremendous amount of clients calling, so i called directly to the carrier.....and so began a horrible frustrating experience......months went by ....i decided to pick up the phone and call MY AGENT at LEE COUNTY INSURANCE....basically my issues were resolved in two weeks......Thank you LEE COUNTY INSURANCE for offering The Personal Touch!

Nate gave terrible customer service over the phone. Seemed like he was in a rush and we spoke less than 60 seconds... Hope he sees this and reconsiders if he really wants to be working or not. He definitely lost you guys a customer
