I inherited some property in California. When the property transferred I was having trouble changing the insurance coverage to my wife’s and my name! I was referred to Amber (GOD Bless that lady) who wrote policies for the same Insurance company! It took longer to switch agencies than it took Amber and her associate Heather to get the name on the policy changed! In the process they were able to save us over $1000 on the renewal! The other agency was raising the price that much! I’ve given 5 stars and wish I could give them 10 stars.

Worst experiences with this company. Would not recommend at all. 1st they wrote my sons auto policy wrong. We o ly found that out when he slide on ice and hit a tree. Our broker played games with us and avoided us for 2 months. I had to reach out to another branch to get some help. At the end of the 3rd month they Leavitt ended up paying us out for his truck. I should have switched all our policy's we had right then to another insurance company. We recently bought another home and they screwed us on pur homeowners policy...The phone games started again so I finally had enough of there excuses to why no one would call us back or even email me back. Horrible communication and horrible business practices

Jennifer was extremely good at her job and understanding of my lack of knowledge. She was also very accommodating with my schedule to get me on phone when it was needed, and with timing issues for my rental. Most importantly, I really felt and still feel like she has my best interests at heart. I have a lot of trust in her, and the company.

Jennifer Pastre was a pleasure to work with. She was eager to assist us in what turned out to be a very complicated home-owners insurance policy situation . She was very invested in supporting us and worked diligently to present us options. She was very professional contacting me by phone and e-mail often, so the communication factor was top notch.
