Our company has worked with a lot of insurance professionals over the years, and this is one of the best. Lance and his team went out of his way to make sure my team got a quote they needed in a very timely manner. They were thorough in the information requested to make sure we were given the best policy for our needs. They also were happy to answer any of our questions.

Michael Aga likes to leave reviews on business Google pages over his personal Facebook page that he is an admin for: A buy/sell/trade group out of Sturgis. Instead of banning my sales guy right away, he lets my sales guy continue to post in the group, gets mad, and then writes a Google review on my business page. Sorry for the insurance company to deal with this but we have given Michael Aga the opportunity to take the review down; it has been a week so I will return the review. I will leave a 1 star review for a company I have not done business with same as Michael did for me. Also, he owes White’s Canyon Motors the same respect, as he has left them a review for a sales person doing the same thing. It’s interesting to see a business review used as a platform for a personal dispute from a social media group, especially when no transaction or business interaction ever took place with us. We’ve never bought from, sold to, or done business with this reviewer in any capacity. However, since that seems to be the preferred form of contact for Michael Aga, here we are. Using review systems to settle unrelated grievances only misleads the public and undermines what reviews are meant for — real customer experiences. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for Michael (who moderates a Facebook page and is constantly degrading businesses for the actions of individuals) that personal interactions have no place on a business page.

We opened our rv 1 year ago and knew we needed to have insurance ready on day 1. We checked for local insurance offers and suffered severe sticker shock. We checked online and saw several positive ads/reviews for Leavitt Recreation Insurance. Mike Jones was the representative that spoke with me and he was very helpful and informative. We chose Leavitt for our insurance and have been very pleased with their offerings, price and customer service. We will recommend Leavitt to anyone who needs any of their insurance services.
