Please don’t bother getting insurance here! They have the worst customer insurance. Our payments never went through since our cards were expired and they never notified to let us know. Also, they never call back and don’t help you. We overpaid $100 one month and they kept saying they were going to reimburse and never did! Everyone in the office is super unprofessional and un organized. Such a nightmare going through them. Save yourself some piece of mind and go somewhere else.

I have an agent by the name of Lisa Lamoreaux and she is so amazing goes above and beyond for anything I need help with insurance related wise. Such a wonderful person to have on my side when I need her help.

After 20 years with this company. My daughter was in a car accident back in August. I was told that I would have to deal with the claims myself because that's how progressive preferred it. The lady I spoke with even acted a little put out that she had to print my policy out because her printer was out of paper. Told me that we could do it over the phone but I would probably prefer the comfort of my own home. The way I handled my policy was going somewhere else. Here I am in March and still trying to close this case and am now dealing with a bill collector. Some months I paid over $400. & when I needed an agent she said I had to deal with it myself. I have been a client of the Leavitt Group out in the Uintah Basin for over 7 years now. They have been great to work with in all aspects. I like the fact that any time I have a question, I simply shoot a quick email or text to them and they get right back to me. Working with people that know me and my situation saves me time over having to call a national office and talk to someone I don't know. Would highly recommend!

I've been with this group for about 5 years, idk what happened to the service starting 2023, but it is non-existent. I mean, like calling for 4 months regularly to get no response, never returns your calls. I can't make any changes to my car insurance policy because no one will ever answer. Call the 1-(800) number, and it just redirects you to this non-existent Leavitt Group of Vernal. I have even tried going to the office in Tooele multiple times. No one is ever there. I'm happy my policy is ending with this company. I highly recommend never using this company because you are on your own, and they are just here to ruin your credit.
