When I call with any questions and if necessary leave a message, they get back to me within a few minutes as a rule. They a thorough with their answers and make sure I am fully satisfied. LEAVE IT is more the honest trust when it comes to the commercial division of Leavitt Ins. I am currently getting the run around from this company for the past 3 weeks. They gave me an application to fill out for my business and when I emailed it back, all ice heard is crickets. They have an entire application and haven't called for clarification or have even started THE QUOTE! Completely unprofessional. I'd rather have professional than nice and took my business elsewhere.
