Terrible office and an extremely unprofessional experience. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and never had issues until recently. Since February 5, I had been in contact with this office in an attempt to lower my policy and was working with Amanda. Over the course of nearly a month, we exchanged more than 30 emails. Responses were consistently delayed by four to five days at a time, and I was repeatedly provided with incorrect and conflicting information. After weeks of no progress and unanswered phone calls, I requested cancellation via email. When I finally reached someone by phone, Amanda stated that my policy had already been canceled. I've been with State Farm for 17 years and never had this kind of garbage service, no one seems to know what they are doing. You can literally never get hold of them on the phone. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Save yourself a headache and being lied to. Its more work than it should be. Would give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. STAY AWAY. EDIT: I am not friends with my new agents husband I'm not sure where you are getting that info, and It takes at least 4 - 5 calls to get through to your office. I just want to praise "Yates" State Farm insurance and calling out Kathy. What fantastic customer service! Kathy took the time and explained what I have on my insurance in great detail and also what they can offer me. I just want to say that I haven't had such great customer service in a long time. Thank you Kathy!!!

I’ve never experienced such professionalism and quality customer service from an insurance agency. Thank you so much, Cathy for staying late to help me secure my insurance for a new vehicle and you always make me feel like a person and not a number. That matters a lot! L B Yates and his staff members are by far the sweetest people I've ever met. They always greet you with a smile and warm welcome. They always explain things and they care about you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but L B Yates State Farm!
