I have been with Erie for a long time. Reasonable rate premium for excellent coverage. When im driving I feel safe knowing I'm well covered. Very friendly agents and they will give you the best rate. I'm very satisfied.

I've been with Lawton for 35 years - home, auto and PCL coverage and have always been pleased with service. The rare claims I've made (windshields over the years) were handled smoothly. Brandy has worked with me to adjust coverage when appropriate, so pricing is reasonable, especially with bundling discounts. I have tried pricing them for Medigap coverage, and they aren't competitive, but their focus is surely home and auto!

We had an auto totaled in an accident and had to manage through all the details of a loaner vehicle, an adjuster and settlement, disposition of personal items etc, all while searching for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, miscommunication between the salvage and towing/storage operations caused a frustrating delay and affected all those aspects, even though Lawton Insurance had been very clear to all about the process to be followed. Agent Jeff Benner and the entire team worked relentlessly through all the fixes and we ended up with closure--and a settlement that exceeded our expectations.
