Terrible insurance company. Don't ever pay your bill early if you have auto-pay setup. I paid two days early and was charged double for the month. Forget getting an insurance credit or refund because they will just blame it on you for paying early. Terrible service, terrible company -1/10 service. I will be switching to Geico.

Staff was very helpful and had me in and out in no time. FYI when you arrive it appears to be a Car sales lot. Just drive to the lone building in the back and they'll take care of you.
