Laverne Anderson - State Farm Insurance Agent

Everyone was very friendly, responsive and helpful. I had SO many questions and concerns, I don't know much about insurance. Laverne and her staff answered every question I had. I left her office feeling like family. Thank you so much for taking care of all my families insurance needs. So nice to be able to speak with live people, instead of a computer.

This office is the BEST! by far. April is always so patient with me and answers all my questions no matter how silly or mundane. I always get a response. The entire office is very good at their jobs. Polite, smart and quick to help. So, glad I switched.

Nice people but not very helpful. She kept telling me to do stuff I had already completed and when I would tell her I had already done that she would tell me no matter what I needed to get it done lol.
