Paying $700 a month to get a message that they can't recoup my deductible of $500 because the other company won't pay and if I want it I should go to small claims court. What am I paying for really what am I paying for? It goes up every single month and I get nothing in return. Unless my car can move sideways which it can't. That car backed into my car. The claim says not liable that money should be back in my account. Yes, of course my name won't come up because im not using my last name on google reviews for privacy reasons- and I most assuredly am a statefarm customer, and this is my very recent experience. I am aslo most assuredly looking for alternare coverage since im paying through the nose to be told to handle it myself through small claims court. Its actually ridiculous.

I worked with Oscar Q. From this State Farm office to get away from the rising prices of my previous insurance company. Oscar was very helpful as an agent and knowledgeable towards getting me the coverage I needed. He also provided me with further options that benefitted me but was never pushy about it. I would recommend doing business with them if you’re looking for a straight shooter and good savings!
