These people committed insurance fraud. beware of doing anything with them. They will continue to enroll you in whatever plan benefits them without your consent. I've asked them to stop enrolling me with the health marketplace and they've done it either way for 2 years. causing a lot of issues when filing my tax returns and work insurance.
