I was recently involved in a fender bender through no fault of my own. I called the office (as that what was always required in the past) only to be given a phone number to call to report my claim. Claims people tried to fast talk me into using one of their “approved” centers. They eventually sent me a check, but because EVERYTHING to do with the claim is online with no human input, the check didn’t include a rental. I called the agent again and was given another number to call when my car went to the garage to be fixed. I’m wondering why I have an agent. I don’t know if this is about the agent or State Farm, however, I feel whatever money the agent is making from my policies is not worth it. Dealt with my first major accident through them. State Farm did an excellent job every step of the way with giving me my options. More importantly, Jared had my back the entire time I was going through a discrepancy with a car dealership and made sure to steer me in the right direction. He truly went above and beyond for me and I am very pleased with his service and state farms service. Thank you again, Jared! You are the man!

Just finished up switching all of our policies back to State Farm, thanks to Cindy and Jared. We had left about a year ago due to more competitive pricing, and they invited us to reconsider recently. Have been a lifelong customer since I was able to drive starting eleven years ago. My parents have been members for decades and I've been looking for a new car and Jared helped me find a great quote with an amazing amount of coverage for a very good rate.
