Larry Gosney Jr - State Farm Insurance Agent

This post is not against Larry's office per se but against State Farm. This office has always been pleasant to work with. With State Farm though, I would NOT go with them!! I cannot stress this enough. I have been trying to get my leaking roof fixed since Aug of '23, it is now mid April. Had two adjusters come look at it. The first adjuster claimed we went up and hit our roof with hammers!!?? The second adjuster was on the roof with a roofer and claimed our roof was very bad and needed to be replaced, but still denied the claim. State Farm will not pay your claim, I guess they need the money to pay celebrities for their commercials, ie Patrick Mahomes and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

We had a 2010 pick up truck struck by lightning over five months ago and can’t get anyone in this company to talk to each other and take care of this. We’ve never had such problems with insurance before. The office can’t seem to communicate with the claims department and no one seems to know what to do.

Our homeowners policy was canceled without notice. We got a new insurance company and dropped insurance on 4 trucks we had with State Farm. 7 weeks later we get a bill from State Farm saying oops, we made a mistake and they were charging us for a year from the date of cance

I have complete confidence in Larry and his staff. They have gone the extra mile to take care of my property needs.
