They’ve consistently provided excellent service, and we trust them completely with our insurance needs. Most recently, Elizabeth Mitchell went above and beyond with her customer service. Her communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were outstanding. We’re very grateful for this entire team and highly recommend them!

Elizabeth's customer service is awesome - both my policies had lapsed because I forgot to pay the renewal and she helped me get both re-instated the same day. She was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I used to work in the insurance industry, so I know top notch service when I see it. Rates are very competitive for young drivers living out on their own, definitely worth giving them a call if you need to shop around!

Larry Lankford is an under writer which means he will search many insurance companies and give you the best deal out there. Great service, great prices. I recommend this agency to all my friends.

Great insurance agent. They will find you insurance,they are in Waterford,i couldnt get insurance from anyone in northern michigan on the mobile i bought last year. Its on my own land,has permanent add ons and a built pitched roof,6 agencies,no takers,i tried keeping my business local.

Unprofessional with terrible communication skills. Good prices but you'll get what you pay for. It isn't worth the extra $50 a month I might have saved.
