Langworthy Insurance

If you are considering home owner insurance or auto insurance. My experience was a total nightmare. I don’t know who writes these reviews but in over 136 days I am still dealing with one of their companies with no concern for my claim being completed. Langworthy insurance is not a reputable company. I cancelled my policy home and auto and they continue to take money from my account. Never saying anything about sign a release paper. BMi and Susafe(now a different name), in writing said “just notify us.” Which I did.in 136 days I have had 3 adjuster and finally the CEO of BMI and now susafe insurance. Before signing up with Langworthy insurance best ask businesses about their disappointed customers. And don’t believe all these so called satisfied customers reviews.

Langworthy insurance is awesome. Lorry went out of her way to help us find the best companies for our business. We didn't know much about business insurance, and she took the time to explain everything and every aspect of our coverage. I definitely recommend using them no matter what your insurance needs are.

She knows what she did i only hope she can sleep at night knowing one of her dedicated customers are living a nightmare after our insurance claim was denied. A5 year old terrified of wind, rain, and thunder that he cries cause he is so scared that it makes him sick. You could have tried to fix the problem but to do that you would have to admit your office made a mistake. Wow!

Wife has dealt with this agency for years. Agent Lori has not been helpful at all and cops an attitude on the phone. State Farm has her auto business now at half the cost.

Insurance is only as good your agent is what I've always said. Laurie is an excellent agent! Nobody around can even come close to low rates!
