Had to travel from Ocala to hand deliver a document in order to cancel my policy, because no one in the entire office could not download and print my email. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to find the office had moved from their google website 2 yrs ago. The entire office was out to lunch until 1 pm when I finally found them. I suggested they update the website location and they said, why? So glad that I won't be using them anymore.,

Never get any call backs from my agent Christine. Was told I needed something done to get a discount so I got it done and then was told by Stephie I was already getting the credit. I spent hundreds of dollars and took time off work to have this all done by a wind mitigation company and a handyman. Stephie was rude and condescending by telling me that I misunderstood Christine and tried to pass the blame on to me. Find a more competent and professional agency this isn't it.

Good people. Jennifer helped us today with getting flood insurance from a different company, as we were informed from our previous flood insurance company that they would not renew our policy in September. She also helped us with changing our current home owners insurance policy. Additionally she canceled our prior insurers policies so that we can receive an allowance from them for the remaining time differential. This all happened in less than an hour. Thanks Lane Insurance!

If I could I would give negitive stars.Worst company to deal with. They were notified I needed more info to continue coverage and never contacted me to get the info my needed, let my policy be canceled. When I called to find out what happened all they could say was, we left you a message. Didn't even offer to help resolve the problem. Don't trust them to follow up once they get your money!

Called for a quote on 3/10/23 and left a message, didn't hear back so I emailed on the 15th like begging them to take my business basically. Went back a forth via email a couple of times giving out all the info they asked for and never got a quote, had to renew at the last minute with the other company that I had to beg to take my business. I got the impression they could not care less about getting my business. So much waste of my time and giving out my information. Trying to get HOI in FL is HORRIFFIC.
