Landmark Insurance of the Palm Beaches

I was a loyal customer for about 4 years. When I called to cancel my policy because I found one that cut my payment in HALF, I was immediately treated differently. To cancel my policy, I asked what day I needed to cancel so I could avoid a final balance bill. I was told a specific date to cancel and I complied. Then, guess what? I STILL RECEIVED A BILL on Christmas Eve with only 5 days to pay it. Congratulations, Landmark, you suck!

I have never had a bad experience with Landmark or staff, they are very courteous and value my time. I enjoy having my auto, home and business policy with them!!!
