They canceled policies once you involve in any accident even minor accidents they abused the laws never trust this company

I wish you could give zero stars. Claimants know your rights !!!! In my case the claims adjuster assigned to my case never contacted me; however, within a day the bus company owner was interviewed and they admitted fault (which was clear because camera's and witnesses captured the falls). I had more information on the negligence of the driver; however, was never given the opportunity to share such documentation. The claims adjuster and her supervisors literally ignored my calls and voice mails. There is much more to the encounter but I will leave them with a little dignity by not mentioning names. Trust that I did not give up and won my case over and beyond the initial offer of $3,000 for myself and the other person that was injured in the incident. Please care more about your injuri

SAM WARNING..!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. That's a major scam. They would not purposedly return emails or contact you . Would not pay or approve any claims....SCAM...!!!

Truckers beware!!! Besides for higher than competitive rates.... Refuse to process refunds when owed.
