Susan is amazingggg. I’ve worked with her on several policies (two different homes and two autos) and cannot say enough about her. She is a go-getter, very knowledgeable, so easy and sweet to talk to, super responsive, and makes sure you’re covered on all the things. Our mortgage was about to increase by a few hundred dollars monthly due to escrow shortage (we were with a different insurance on our home) and she saved us that amount *per month* plus saved us money on our auto insurance while upping coverage on it all. I’m amazed. I completely trust her and 100% recommend her to anyone. She will take great care of you and you will be so glad you worked with her.
