service was terrible. i want Cancel out my premium.because i got better rate. they got bad attitude keep asking why why. and told them why. they told me to check my email for electronic sign. i waited for 2 day have not see any email from them. i have to call them back. they keep asking why why are you cancel. and told them same thing again . i found a better rate. then they asking for questions go on n on . minh không recommended this agent or these office for those who looking for any kind insured . thanks

Mr. Lam Ngo, I have something to say to you. Your attitude as an agency owner was far from acceptable. I urge you to change that for your own benefit. I hope you now realize that. Several Vietnamese people who do not speak English very well must depend on your agency to handle their insurance needs. If you and your staff could not help your customers to meet their clients' requirements, then you know the result: people will have no choice but to take their businesses somewhere else. Frankly, I thought you were a good, nice, knowledgeable person. But I was wrong. I was very disappointed and even shocked at your attitude that day. That's all I want to say to you.

So Farmers is a very good insurance company. I go to this office because they have Vietnamese speaking agents. I even recommended my mom here. Unfortunately, my interactions with agents are never pleasant. They are very rude and never pleasant to talk too. So now I have just call directly to Farmers to get anything done with an agent that willing and have great communication skills to help.

Lam and Vi went above and beyond in helping me getting a good insurance coverage and urgently processed the policy so I could close my loan on time.
