Jake was great to work with when I was considering changing insurance. He promptly returned my calls and emails. Made the change smooth for all of our insurance needs.

My experience with this firm was not at all like the other reviews suggest. I contacted Lakes Insurance to help with my Home & Auto insurance as my then current provider was expiring in about 3-4 weeks. The first conversation was amazing and I was told I would be contacted with insurance options in a few days. After about 3 -4 days, I had to follow up with them for an update. I was told I would get a call back with options but no one ever followed up with me. This same exact thing happened 2 more times as I would follow up with them after not hearing from them for 3-4 days and never getting a call back each time I was told I would (was told this 3 times). I've since moved on as I never got a call from them with options or next steps. I hope your experience is better than mine if you choose
